Dan Simon is the founder and Director of Twin Cities Mediation in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  Here is the first part of an interview with him about his professional career, first as a lawyer, then as a mediator.  In this 10-minute segment, Simon talks about his journey from lawyering to mediating and his understanding of the different approaches to mediation.  Parts two and three of this interview will be showcased here on succeeding days.
