    I had the pleasure and privilege of attending a two workshops last year, one with Joe Folger and the other with Ken Cloke. Both were inspiring characters and shared some real insights.
    Joe challenged some of my assumption around how to manage the mediation process in particular the setting up of ground rules. It definitely got me thinking about my own practice.
